Mr. Apurva Zutshi is an Associate with Luthra & Luthra Law Offices and specialises in the areas of Anti-corruption advisory, White Collar Crimes, Defence Procurement and Corporate and Regulatory Advisory.

Apurva has been actively involved in providing comprehensive advice and assistance to several multi-national corporations in relation to compliance with Indian anti-corruption laws.  In this regard, he has advised companies on multiple aspects, including in relation to compliance with laws related to attorney-client privilege, maintenance of books and records, data privacy, reporting obligations of companies and fraud reporting by auditors.  He has also been extensively involved in assisting various corporations and prominent international law firms in conducting witness interviews, as part of multi-jurisdictional investigations and in providing holistic recommendations to companies based on the findings of the internal investigation.
